I ordered a computer online from Vodacom. Since then it has just been a nightmare trying to get anything out of their online service department. The dealsheet expired and no one knew or could lead me to the next correct step, i was told to reapply for the contract. Finally when i got helped 4 days later, i was told there was no stock of the original product i wanted so was told to get another product which was in stock'so i changed my order, then got a call to say it would be delivered the next day. the next day came and when i finally called Vodacom to check i was told this product was out of stock and that my initial choice actually was in stock. I have tried to call a supervisor for 3 days and every time i call they are in a meeting.
THIS SERVICE IS SHOCKING. Never again will i order anything online from Vodacom.
