I've noted that quite a few users of the Mtn providers has been sucked in by the Mtn "PSD calls"! On the 11 november I had received an SMS from Mtn saying that I had X amount of loyalty points, I opted to use my loyalty points to purchase the 24 hour Internet data bundles, only to find that when trying to make a phone call the next day (12 November) my contract had been suspende, after phoning Mtn I was told the phone was suspended because I had gone over the credit limit of R6800 that's just awesome that they suspend the account after the limit had been doubled!! I think that's a ploy not mention my R10 000 bill for PSD calls... whatever that it is!
I cannot get a detail of the matter out of them until I've paid. Surely this is unacceptable or we are being misled.
