Good day sir/madam.
I am not happy with the service and expect more from Vodacom. I Pay more than my friends at cell c for the same device and contract, but I also expected better service which, unfortunately is clearly not the case anymore.
o I must wait for an unacceptable amount of time. more than a week and the online ad states next day delivery if ordered before noon.
o I was not informed that the phone I ordered is out of stock. If I was informed, I never would have extended my contract online in the first place, but go the closest shop.
o After not being informed the phone is out of stock, I must downgrade and still pay the same price. I was notified by several operators I was going to get the LTE version according to the initial contract, but it is out of stock and cant confirm if it will take weeks or months!!??
o I am being given different information by different operators as to when the stock would have arrived (please feel free to check the telephone conversations - I was very polite, but the last phone call I'm sure you'll be able to hear my dissatisfaction.)
What are my options now as clearly this is not acceptable?
