I upgraded on 02 Nov 2012 and decided on the Galaxy Note 3 plus GEAR. I was told I could collect the GEAR on 04 Nov 2013. Lo and behold, no stock. Up to now I have had numerous excuses after each time I HAD TO PHONE THEM, including that the stock they had was faulty, the stock is on back order, the stock is at warehouse but needs to be released, the stock is released and should be available shortly, the stock would arrive at 2pm... I see a lot of people is complaining. When can I consider this situation breach of contract on Vodacom's part?
