New Phone Repairs

Hi

On the 12th of December 2012 i upgraded to a new my phone to the Galaxy Note 2.
I booked the phone in at MTN canal walk on the 8th of January because it was not charging (the phone being 3 weeks old).after calling for an update on the phone for today i was advised that the phone is being sent back to the canal walk store due to the documentation being incorrect. The phone has been with MTN for 7 days already. The repair center advised its the stores problem not theirs. As i explained to the repair center agent i am a MTN customer not the Canal Walk Store customer who then proceed to raise her voice.

I cannot believe the customer service i am receiving from MTN. If anything the handset needs to be replaced as it does not have a single scratch on it.

Based on the discussion with the repair center the phone will be sent back to Canal walk and they need to provide the correct documentation, thereafter the device will go back to the repair center.
