Repair Centre - Damage report and Quote

We booked in a phone on Friday for a damage report. We were advised that it will take up to 7 days. Called on Monday morning - self help service said it is being assessed by a technician, spoke to a consultant, the phone has only been received at the advance centre they have a turn around time of 7-14 working days and that the phone has not been allocated to a technician. Nobody can explain why the self service says that. Phoned numerous time to follow up, still not allocated. Got an sms this morning it is allocated, calling, no the lady said it is only received this morning. Left a message for the manager to phone me yesterday, no call, hold today for a manager, nobody returns to the call. Phone again, now the phone has been allocated to a technician. no answer on when we can receive a damage report. No manager available to talk to. Pathethic service, un answered questions, empty promises on self help service, staff not knowing what they do. Previous time we booked in a phone, Sunday, same day we got a call to say our damage report is ready. I want a damage report before the end of today! Sick of calling you guys!
