CELLPHONE SENT IN FOR REPAIRS

On the 24/02/2013 I took my contract phone in to Cell C Canal Walk as it would not charge and the trackpad was faulty. The consultant booked my phone in and done a full inspection report whereby noting a few minor scratches as any 1 year old phone would have. On the 14/03/2013 i received a sms to say my handset is ready for collection. I went on the 15/03/2013 after 5pm and spoke to a consultant by the name of Karla. She was quite surprised that nobody had called me because my phone is beyond economical repair due to physical damage. According to me this phone was inspected when i booked it in and the Mobile Phone Inspection Sheet does not show any physical damage to the pins which is clearly visible with the naked eye. When i showed her she agreed that clearly the pins seemed to be tampered with as we had another phone exactly the same to compare. I requested to speak to her manager, according to her no manager was available and she could only refer the matter to her manager on Monday 18/03/2013. She called me today to say that her manager has refered to the regional manager. I do not accept this type of service and request a new phone asap as this was clearly not my fault.
