Very Bad service

I got my contract phone on 13 March, it started giving problems the same day. I took the phone back on 15 March. The technician said its a OBF (faulty battery). A few days later when I went to do a follow up, the technician said that repair centre declined my OBF due to liquid damage on my phone. I called OBF dapartment, they said there is no liquid damage whatso ever and that the technician in store to me. Now cell c doesnt want to exchange my phone. everytime I follow up they say that they will call me with updates about my phone. I am still waiting now 3 weeks later? Cell C is making promises they cant keep. OBF departmentsaid that they must give me a new phone but cell c must first call me. I took my faulty phone back within the 7 days of my exchange garantee now they dont call or do anything to let me know whats going on.
