Customer Care Staff Fails Again!!

A month ago I reported "roaming" charges on both my accounts telephonically. After being sent backwards and forwards from Data to Accounts and vice versa, it was decided to open up a "Service Request". At the time I also informed Vodacom that I will not be paying the "roaming charges".
Since then I have sent numerous e-mails requesting feedback, as I am now being "harassed" by Vodacom's SMS and Voice Calls reminding me of my outstanding balance on my account.
Now if the Customer Care staff can sort out queries as quick and sufficient as they can send SMS's and Voice calls about an outstanding accounts, it would not be necessary for me to resort to report this to HelloPeter!
To all Vodacom users out there which travels close to any of our Borders, beware, because as soon as you phone picks up either a Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland Networks, Vodacom bills you for roaming costs!
