Shocking Service

The service i have received from Vodacom leaves very little to be desired, my phone went in for repairs and has thus far turned to be a very bad experience, it took a week for someone to just contact me with a quote then when i expressed that the phone was insured with Vodasure, i was told to fill in paperwork which i happily did and sent back to them, it took them over 3 days for them to even process my claim form despite the 20 mails that i sent trying to find out if all was in order, eventually i had to phone Vodasure myself only to be told that the paperwork was done and sent to vodacare, i then had to phone the repair center myself to tell them that all was approved and sent to them so they could repair my phone. I then logged a complaint with vodacom and was told that a "senior consultant would contact me within 24 hours" that was on the 7th, today is the 11th, i am still waiting. Today i was there for over an hour to pick up my phone and was sent from pillar to post because i had to pay a R150.00 excess but it seemed no one knew exactly where i should be paying this amount, needless to say i came back without a phone. Ridiculous is an understatement!!
