Overcharged and Incompetent Staff

On the 2nd of February I received a 'proposed bill' for February stating that there were roaming charges included in the bill. I was horrified since I returned to South Africa on 15th January and as such no roaming charges should be included for February. I received a response from Customer Care (Siphokazi Kuhlane) stating that there were no roaming charges included in my February bill. I have examined my February bill and there are roaming charges for both calls and SMSes on my bill. I downloaded a copy of my proposed bill that was supposedly up-to-date a few days ago and there was no mention of roaming charges. I want an immediate explanation regarding how there are roaming charges a month after I have returned home and how the incompetent, inefficient customer care staff do not have access to this information and supplied me with incorrect information. The information that they supplied me with is legal and binding as representatives of Vodacom and I am willing to litigate this case to prove a point and make Vodacom accountable for their actions. I expect a response by Monday COB latest
