Please translate the following to accounts

After numerous e-mail, phone calls and SMS's, I am still receiving reminders from the Accounts Dept. reminding me of my outstanding balance on my account. Now again if any person in accounts with some grey matter, will see that this account has been queried with Customer Care more than three months ago and is still not being resolved.
It would also appear that Vodacom has become "immune" to HelloPeter reports, since they don't bother responding anymore either!
O, and Vodacom please come up with a better response to HelloPeter - "that the matter is being investigated and a consultant will contact me", since this does not happen!!!
