DATA Charges

I am furious as I have been receiving Invoices with data charges of R3500 this after I bought more than R300 data extra on my bill that included the night owl data. I also have BIS active on my phone. I never used my browser on my device to search I only ever used the wifi hotspot option on my device to connect to the internet and yet I received these bills only to be informed its cause of roaming.

Now I have worked for a similar company training staff on mobile devices and the first thing I do is to switch roaming off.(Even though I've never left the country with mobile nr in questioning) I am sitting with more than R10000 in phone bills all because of data charges.

How is this possible. Please someone help cause I refuse to let this go!!!
