No internet, no help

Since moving I've had limited to no connection to the internet on my phone. I contacted Cell C on 3 December and the consultant I switch to suggested I try 2G instead. Downgrading is not a solution. He also said a technician would come out to see what the issue is. Nothing happened. Yesterday my internet connection went from terrible to nonexistent. I spoke to another consultant who said that the first consultant, Francois Venter, had not sent a request for a technician to go out. His manager was supposed to call me this morning but didn't. This is a summary - have left out tweets not properly responded too, conversations with other consultants a suspended phone.
