Replacement Faulty Cellphone Contract

I submitted a faulty cellphone to the above mentioned store and was helped by another lady who reffred me to Joseph even though she was doing nothing, and had to wait for Joseph to finish up with the customer, and eventually Joseph helped me and i filled up the Insurance claim form and was told that it will take /- 3 to 4 weeks of which i did not have a problem with but it is now 7 weeks later i still haven't recieved my wife's phone. My wife spoke to Joseph week before last and was promised to get the phone last week moday and it never happened, so i called Joseph last week wednesday and he told me that he did not have a phone in store and he apologises for not coming back to us and promised me that he's organised a phone and will get it yesterday which was Tuesday the 9th. It is the 10th today and i still have no phone and i asked him the courier's details so i can call them but the number keeps on ringing and nobody answers the phone. Is this the kind of service that Autopoage gives to a customer that has been with them for more than 4 years. My wife's contract number 082 650 9862 and her name is Lettie Stoltz.
