Always unable to assist due to poor management

Today for some reason i felt that the Simmonds street branch would be able to help. I went in to do a sim swap. I needed a micro sim. They had no stock. I could understand that except that it is the 5th time this year i went to this particular store and every single time they dont have stock.
I also required an account status print out a few months back. But yes, you guessed it, they couldnt help me. Or how about the time i wanted to do an upgrade and the systems were offline, no connection. How does the MTN. Store not have connectivity to their systems. Or how about the time i waited in the queue for 25 minutes and eventually walked out because i had to get back to work. Or how about that time i tried to pay my account. This Simmonds branch is the worst MTN branch i have ever had the misfortune of visiting. The staff are rude, always look sleepy and never smile or greet. I hate going in there. If i didnt have 4 contracts with MTN I would have left.

Perhaps you could send the Simmonds street staff to the rosebank Branch where Tumelo, Raeesa and Nhlanhla can teach them what customer service really is. The rosebank branch is a breeze and i have never been there longer than needed
