On the 14th of january 201 I drew R250 at the atm at number 5 Simmonds street. No money came out. I went to the branch at the stadard bank centre and was told that a service consultant will send a gijima request for a refund. Waited long before someone assited me. He took all my details and gave me a reference number. I was told it will take about 10 days. Till today I received nothing. I checked the gijima number and it does not even exist. I want my money and I'm not going to take another hour in my day get help at the branch. This is unacceptable!
