Card Missing

I received a call from the Standardbank card division about a month ago and was told that my about to expired card is ready for collection at the Santon City branch. I then politely asked the gentleman if they could possible deliver it to their branch at 5 Simmonds street where I was working at the time. I did not hear anything for them for more than two weeks so I went to branch to check if my card was ready. The lady behind the counter informed me that my card was at that moment in transit to Rivonia. Yes that is right Rivonia. That is not at all 5 Simmonds street Johannesburg Standardbank's head office. So my card expired yesterday and I not sure where on earth I might locate it. I would like the card to be delivered to the Sandton City Branch seeing that I am not longer at 5 Simmonds if that is at all posible.
