I needed 8 T-shirts for a team race. Unfortunately, they were end-of-range, so not that easy to find. After visiting 5 different stores, Shaun from the Rosebank branch did a search for me and offered to have the last 2 that I needed delivered. I kept phoning - and Zanele, who had been told about my delivery, was extremely helpful and efficient in letting me know what the status of the delivery was. She phoned today to say that the t-shirts had arrived. The Rosebank store is currently being upgraded and is only opening on Thursday, but she allowed me in to make my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful attitude of both Shaun and Zanele. I think the Rosebank branch will go far with such amazing staff.
