MTN working hours from 9 to 3 or maybe 2...
In Simmonds Str in the Standard Bank building your store does not have a sign with working hours on the door. This is standard procedure all stores in malls and anywhere else have a sign with "Monday to Friday from 08h00 to whatever..." time they are open.
Yesterday I got a call from the store in Simmonds Str to collect my cell phone, I was there at 15H50 the door was closed, but there were other customers inside and the rude man that works for you shakes his hand at me and told me to 'come back tomorrow'!!
Do those unfriendly people downstairs realise that our cell phone contracts pay their salaries? Maybe not. I would like to know what are the working hours for this disgusting excuse of MTN shop?
Do you start working from 09h00 to 15h00? WOW great working hours what a benefit it must be to work for MTN in the Simmonds Str branch
They can open and close whenever they feel like it
They can be rude anytime and everyday
No need to smile to customers either because they do us a great favour in giving us service... you know seeing we don't actually pay for the calls and phones
One suggestion for you - CLOSE THIS STORE we can go a mall
