I went to Standard Bank No5 Simmonds Street, in lunch time just to do a simple change transaction at the tellers. Lunch time was at 13:00, there was only two tellers one of whom was a trainee and there was also no one on the floor who could tell us what was going on. I stood for 20 minutes in the same place without moving. When I asked a staff member who walked past the queu what is going on where is the tellers she told me she is looking for someone, another 10 minutes passed and I went to see the manager who was rude and acting as if a customer is now making it her problem and as if we are keeping her from her job. She did not even apologize or try to make the situation better. I was really dissapointed in the service I have receved and will be conducting business elsewhere from now on where people atually want to assist you and have you as a customer.
