I bought a phone at the end of August, within a month it was faulty and has been having problems ever since until i complained through. Then I was emailed by Bonnie from vodacare to tell me to bring the phone in along with the accessories so they can it and make a decision whether to give me a new device or what. I did as she stated and handed it over at their Durban Gateway branch, then Gateway phoned me to say the is fixed now i must come and get it, only to find when i arrived there that the phone is not fixed. Then they confirmed the phone is not fixed and then sent it to their head office. Then i contacted the head office and was told my query is handled by Thato. I then kept in contact with Thato about the progress of the phone. My phone was sent to head office last Saturday (02/11/2013) and on Tuesday (05/11/2013) it was sent to Nokia. I phoned Thato and he said i must phone him today (08/11/2013) to find out about the decision, i phoned 3 times today and i could not get hold of him. Then when i phone now i am blocked, i get a voice saying i can no longer call their number until the 2nd of next month. So I am left stranded with no phone.
