Dstv I understand that the suspension of my services was due to me being late with payment however I made a payment of r60 an hour before you disconnected my services. The arrears amount was r28. And after making a payment u disconnected. I'm sure u are able to see that payment for the outstanding amount was made before you cut off my services. I made payment at 2pm today and just before 3pm u disconnected. I have queried via Facebook and emails. I have even faxed through proof of payment and all I get said was because I was late therefore our services had been disconnected. I mean I'm sending proof of payments via email and fax, you should be able to receive at least 1 of those to show I have paid. And furthermore I paid before disconnection so I should not even have to pay a reconnection fee. #justsaying
