Account suspended wrongfully

Due to the recent holiday there was a slight chance that my salary would be paid in a day late, because I was afraid that my autopage account would not be paid on time, I phoned the accounts department to let them know that my payment MIGHT be a day late and asked what I can do if that is the situation. The lady assured me that there won't be a problem. Luckily my salary was paid in on time and I was able to make my payment on time. Today, on the 30th of September, 3 days before the payment is due (15 days from the invoice date) I received a sms informing me that my account will be suspended and that I must pay a re connection fee in order to get the suspension lifted. I am Not late with my payment, my account is Not in arrears and they have no right to suspend it. My contract expired 14 October and I will be canceling the contract. Autopage's accounts department has got serious problems.
