In Dec 2013, Multichoice did not debit my account (as they have done for the last year and suppose to be more convenient) and disconnected my DSTV without warning that there may have been a problem. When I contacted the call center they told me that the account had not been paid and I would have the "outstanding and a re-connection fee of R50. I told them that I was not happy and was not willing to pay the R50 for re-connection as the error was not on my side. I then made the payment of my monthly subscription and the re-connected my DSTV. My debit order is due on the 26th of every month and I have been cut again for not paying the R50. I have paid my account and now I have no DSTV AGAIN and have to pay R50 for re-connection which I REFUSE as I have made my payment and the technical error is not on my side but theirs. This is terrible service and when I ask to speak to a manager I get a team leader. I want this rectified TODAY and I will not pay any re-connection fee at all.
