I deactivated my multichoice account in 2011.yesterday on the 29/10/2013 i called them to re-activate my account, i was told its in arrears needed to pay 104 @ any one of their pay points then to call then for re-connection ..Today the 30/10/2013 i paid 410.00 @ pep stores @ 13.19 pm, then @ 5pm i called them for they re-connection, they advices me that my payment is not showing i spoke to a call center agent by the name of Innocent then 0112892222 #, who told me to fax him my proof of payment then my re-connection will b done..I faxed the proof of payment on today, i then called again on their 0112892222 and was told that innocent is based in cape town but is on an 0112892222 #, that was 18.05pm, i spoke to a lady didn't get her name she told me i wasn't suppose to pay @ pep but to pay @ absa which i wasn't told the day before, so basically my account is update and Ive paid fr the new month but my payment is missing and i was advised to just wait, not knowing till wen, and my me faxing the proof of payment to innocent doesn't help ..so iv paid but my account still not active
