My handset, a blackberry 9360 was sent for a repair about a month back. This make of phones is known for its faults so when it had a media problem intially I didn't make a fuss, but 5 months down the contract it began switching off so I sent it for a repair (its not insured). This phone is an upgrade on a 2 phone deal, and the older phone was sent for repairs and the issued a brandnew phone on 2 occasions, but now one line is closed and this upgrade began acting up.

I went to check why I had not being notified on the problem with my phone a week after it suppose to have returned, and they informed me that they informed me that its beyond repairs yet I'm using it now bt it has to stay on charge. My repair info is IMEI 353612051115165 and my CLC 9727961. I find it strange that I've never dropped the phone and there are no cracks yet their conclusion was mechanical/physical damage (PCB bent).
There are no contacts for the repair workshop in jhb because apparently that's where every phone goes for repair because no one is a cell c technician in dbn.
