Bad service from repair centre

Purchased BlackBerry 9300 Curve from Edgars Tygervalley on 15 Dec 2012
Experienced the following problems (1) Thumbwheel click & scroll unresponsive (2) Media & applications malfunction (3) Drop calls
On 21 Dec returned to Edgars and told to take it to the Cell C repair centre
The Cell C repair centre took phone gave a loan phone, collected phone on 23 Dec after they had done a software upgrade?
Problems persist and now they say that the BlackBerry 9300 Curve has been discontinued.
Returned to Cell C repair centre, on 1 March, who said that they would send to Johannesburg, they subsequently informed me, on 3 March, that they had tested the phone locally and that they could find no fault after 2 days. I still have their loan phone.and Cell C repair centre Tygervalley seem to have lost interest.in my problem. Juan Nel - [Email Removed]
