I took a contract phone with Cell C on the 12/01/2013 for a Samsung GalaxyB5510, ten days later the phone wouldnt switch on, i therefore took it back and they sent it back to their technical department for repair becouse
it was after seven days of receiving of the contract. the phone was returned back to me on the 25th/02/2013, when i went to collect it i asked what was wrong with the phone and the lady that assisted said that they did a software upgrade on the phone.
I was then told that the battery was flat, that i should charge it when i get home and it will switch on, to my suprise the phone was charged for 12hrs and its still not switching on. I calle in today the 26/02/2013 to find out why the phone is still in the same condition as when it was taken in for repair, and the gentlemen by the name of Victor told me to bring it back so that they can check it, if the problem persist it will be taken back for repair. What i dont understand is i have been paying for the phone for two months now and i havent even seen the benefit of the phone cause i never really had it, how is it possible that i can receive a phone and within a week of receiving it, it just dies.
