Billed for SIM Card which is not in use

Received the bill for September which amounted to R 2000 when the SIM card is not in any device. I called customer support (Ref No. 105383803) where I was not helped at all. My query was escalated but have not received any feedback since.

I reported my tablet around the 2nd October and did a SIM swap, since then I have not inserted the SIM into any device, so it puzzles me why 2GBs were used and racked up a bill of R 2000. I suspect that the that my device is still using my SIM even after blacklisting it. This is completely unacceptable as there is nothing I can do but be held hostage to MTN and the.
