I ordered the smart device through FNB, it took time to be delivered because somebody didn't do his/her job. Finally when it was delivered the SIM card was not delivered with the device, it took almost 2 weeks for the SIM card to be delivered, when I called FNB to activate my SIM card, I was transferred from one department to the other nobody knows exactly what to do I spent almost 3 hours trying to get help through the phone and that effort amounted to zero. I think they need to have the information brochure on steps to follow when you receive the device especially when you have applied on line. The other issue is that there's too many departments that handle a new application especially when you have applied for the smart device.
