Extortion by MTN, MTN refusing to ackowledgement

I reported a billing issue on Hellopeter last week.. Received feedback via Hellopeter stating the following "The matter was escalated to our billing division and stated that there is no records of the sim card reported or a sim swap done on the number 0833797933.". I have the new sim card (2298858707, C SA 1205W13.1, PUK: 27323206) from the sim swap in my wallet and I have the ITC number of the sim card/tablet (ITC: 14310892). The reference number (REF: 105383803) for the phone call where the call centre agent confirmed that I had reported my sim/device around the 2nd of October.

yet I'm been told I never did all of those. This is unbelievable and plan day light. I believe my only hope is to seek legal advice as I am been robbed in broad day light.
