A called dialogue!

I agreed to get a contract with cell c via cell c direct, upon receipt of the phones I inserted the simcards and switched on the phones but the Sims were not activated so the following day I called cell c direct so they told me to take out the Sims and they will be activated. After activating them I received one SMS on the top up phone and two on the straight up which simply told me about Rica, my limit and my number & password. After a couple of hours when I checked my balance it was R7.50 then it increased to R15.00 without me making any calls or doing anything. When I called cell c they told me it was a service that I had subscribed to. WTH!!! When I told I knew nothing about they gave me a number and they said they can't help me!!! When I called those people they are telling me that they can only deactivate it after 48 hours and now my bill is running on R60.00 by 48 hours it will probably have doubled. Who is going to pay that bill??? I had an agreement with you not dialogue, the only money that you will find in my account is your subscription. This is.
