Number Portability, Wrong delviery, No Responce

Hi,

I want to make everyone aware to not use Cell C direct. You might think you'll save time but you'll end up with lots of issues and most likely losing money as well. Here's a summary of the events:

I contacted Cell C direct last week to order a Samsung S4 (black) on a Straight up 100 contract. Delivery was quick Friday - But the wrong color - white. Needles to say I didn't accept the phone. Cell c never phoned back on my returning the phone. I phoned them on Monday - spoke to someone after a number of frustrating attempts. They indicated that Cell C direct do not guarantee colour.(I was told this during the sales call - And said that I'd rather go to the store. It was agreed that I'll get a black S4. Which I did yesterday (24 Oct).

Great Now I had my phone and the fun started. I'm still trying to find out what is the status of the sim card? Has my Pre-paid number been ported to the new sim? No-one can or want to tell me? I must have spoken to seven people. This is unacceptable.

They make it very clear that the sim card will be activated within 24 hours i.e I need to start paying even though my phone is not working. They don't respond to e-mails. I hope this get a response
