I called 8ta today to ask about my account and why the over debited my account I spoke to Lungile Ngubane she was very help full she explain that maybe the was a mistake. So I asked for banking details to make a manual payment she gave me and even gave me her email address to email her prove of payment because faxing takes a while I mailed her the prove and she called me back informing me that she received my mail. I was so impressed with her service thank you Lungile Ngubane you are my star.
