In mid July I was called by a Cell C consultant offering me a cell phone contract. He promised me 2 Sony Xperia E phones for monthly amount of R109.00 for both phones and he told me that my cell phones will be courrierd to me within 7 working days. But to my surprise when I recieved the package on the 30th of July, it contained only 1 cell phone. On the same day I called Cell C customer care. I was told that the relevant people will listen to the call recording when I spoke to the sales person who was offering me the contract and then they will get back to me within 24-48 working hours. I was given a reference number for when I want to do a follow up on the case. This must be the longest 24-48 hours of my life because I'm still waiting for that call from those 'relevant people'. I always called with the reference number that I was given but would always be told that the call recording hasn't been listen to yet, as soon as they have listened to it the will call me. This other time when I called I was told they listened to a call recording from 2012 when I took out a contract. I was shocked because this was the first contract I took with cell c. CELL C ARE WOLVES IN A SHEEP SKIN!
