I Bevan Davids, called the vodacom Call centre on the 16 October 2013, regarding a data query on vodacom account. I was given a reference no. S3-T3BA0-0HVO. I have since been calling vodacom every week and have been constantly given the "Run Around", i was told that my query has been logged and some one was going to get back to me, and over 3 weeks later no body has come back to me with any feedback.
Can anybody with feedback on this query please contact me urgently.
