Once again MTN has not delivered as promised. We have been trying to get a contract upgraded for 3 to 4 weeks already and everytime we call to complain about the service we get put through to a different person who makes the world of promises and does nothing further after the conversation ends.
Does MTN want our business or do we take it elsewhere? Can a simple upgrade not be followed through?
The last time we had good service from MTN was through a friend of ours who is no longer employed by MTN.
Some urgent feedback would be fantastic instead of the painful time we are currently trying to get responses.
