My 2 year contract was up and I decided to do an upgrade. Upon enquiring more then 2 weeks ago after going through the upgrade procedure, I was informed that my phone will be delivered on 2/09/2013. This did not happen and I enquired almost everyday after that & was told a different story every time. To date, the phone still has not been delivered, no one has called me back despite taking down my contact details & I still don't know where I stand. I have made arrangements the whole of last week to be available for the delivery of the phone and could have utilise my time to attend to other matters.
As a valued customer, I am utterly disappointed and upset about the way this matter has been handled and how I am being treated as your client. I request urgent feedback.
