I have a contract with MTN and my upgrade was due end of July However, on the 29th of July I received a message saying I had upgraded and that my next upgrade is in two years time. The problem with this is I never gave the go ahead to upgrade, MTN never contacted me saying my upgrade was due and now I find out someone upgraded in my name. How did someone upgrade in my name without my ID or signature and what scares me is that this shows that MTN has allowed my sensitive information to be used by someone, and now I don't know what else this person can do seeing as they have this information thanks to MTN!!!
