I complained on the 29th October about my phone being in for repairs 6 months out of 18 months.
The reply from mtn was not good enough for me as they are passing the buck to black berry.
I don't have a 2 year contract with black berry I have it with mtn.
Now again my phone is in for over 10 days. I now that I will have to go to my s p to find out what's happening to my repair.
I don't know how to tell you this but mtn is easy to Singh you up for 2 years but when you have problems they don't care.
I am so upset and just before this happened I upgraded 3 of my contracts with them .my contract is up in March so I will be leaving

Can you now send me a solution to my problem and not an excuse .saying you sorry for my inconvenience don't give me a working phone
