This year I have had to send my Black Berry in for REPAIRS 3 TIMES. Leaving myself with NO PHONE AND THEREFORE I CAN NOT USE THE SERVICES I PAY FOR. Vodacom repairs Fourways and Northgate say they can not offer me a replacement.
This is utter nonsense. Firstly the product is useless and secondly Vodacom do not take responsibility for this useless product. Taking responsibility would be to offer a replacement Black Berry phone while yours is being repaired. Or better yet allow a person to change contacts to a new product that actually works with no additional expense.

Second repair date: 07/07/2013

Reason = Track pad was faulty
Outcome = Track pad replaced
Third repair date: 26/09/2013
Sequence number: 607060 (booked in today, so no job number yet)
Reason = Track pad has broken again
I have had enough and I'm I actually considering moving to CELL C when my contact is up. Who offer better deals at the moment. Why should I stay loyal to a company that does nothing to help their customers except offer excuse
