I have been with mtn for over 15 years.
my last contract I took with them was for a black berry 9900
I have taken my phone in for repairs 4 times (today will be no 5)
every time they send you a refurbished phone with even more problems.
my last repair took over 4 months and the phone they gave me is giving even more problems
I am now giving up. I have now paid for a phone for over 6 months that I didn't have .every time I need to make a plan to get a phone to use wile they trying to repair the phones.
this is so Ridicules to go and hear excuse after excuse from them
I believe that the refurbished phones are some one else's problematic phones they clean up and send to you as client hoping you will not complain again.
I had enough no more
