So i get a notice from samsung that i need to update the firmware for my tablet, which i do trusting that all should be in order. After updating the firmware the tablet has not been working properly, just going back to the home screen while I'm busy with something. I then phoned samsung to ask for help, the friendly assistant told me that i will have to take my tablet to one of the service centres to have the software reinstalled! I live in Randburg so the closest service centre is in Sandton (only two others, Boksburg or Pretoria) the problem is that they cant do the re-installation and would have to send the tablet to Cape Town! So Samsung, yet again you! I wonder if Samsung world wide are as bad as this or if its just South Africa? It's your firmware update that the tablet, now the only way to sort it out is to send it to Cape Town!!
