I have been trying to contact the MTNSP Insurance on 0831236084, the option to check if my claim has been received indicate that, my claim is not received. When choosing the option to speak to a consultant, i hold for minutes, no consultant attempt to pick the call. it is going 3 weeks now, I cannot check if my claim is received/processed or not. Funny enough, MTN deducted their premium portion from my account. Question: which phone are you insuring? I want my phone. We pay premiums, so hire more consultant to answer the phones.
