I've had the worst upgrade experience with vodacom.

Its been a month since I upgrade and still did not receive my flip cover included with the deal, although vodacom placed an order. Get cut of from call centre consultant when trying to find out about the delay

Changing an address is impossible over email... because apparantly my answers on their security questions do not match with what they've got on file. My reply on this gets ignored.

For 3 days I did not have service when I did a sim swop. I had to find out from a friend that they only had to activate LTE on my number. Service I had to pay for, which I did not receive.
