My cell phone was no longer working when I received it back from Nashua Repair centre. I took it in for a speaker to be fixed as I could not hear when people phoned or when it rang. To my dismay Nashua are just ignoring my pleas to sort this out
I have been told
1. the phone was tampered with by me so they never even worked on it
2. the phone is liquid damaged
3. When they worked on the phone the motherboard broke and its not Nashuas fault
4. Technical manager says the last time they worked on it towards the end of last year it was declared beyond economical repair even though a working phone was returned to me?
I had my phone about a week and I dropped it which cracked the screen slightly now they are trying to blame it on that 18months later
The fact of the matter is my phone was working when I handed it in and Nashua Repair centre broke it!!!
