On the 6th of November 2013 around 18:59 I called 111 vodacom blackberry service help line because my phone had a network problem I spoke to 3 different woman who could help or see what the problem was I was then very upset I called again spoke to some who just made me very angry I then told her that I am not dropping my phone until I have been help she then put me thru to Ayanda who found out what was wrong and then assisted me and now my phone is back on line. Thank you Ayanda you actually changed my mind from changing to another network. You are a great asset to the company.
