NASHUA MUSGRAVE SHODDY RUN AROUND UNPROFESSIONAL

Ayanda a SALES REP employed by NASHUA MOBILE during Oct I applied for a Blackberry for my staff. I was requested by Ayanda to email the required documents which i did. After 2 weeks of not hearing i went to shop & I was told in "no uncertain terms" that the documents was not received. This was a as i received a "read receipt". I thereafter immediately advised Ayanda to have the application cancelled. However after 2 weeks I got a call from Nashua to pick up my phone at that time i insisted that there was no contract. I went again to shop & was told by Ayanda that it was cancelled. Without my knowledge my account was DEBITED when I raised the query since Dec with Ayanda who made empty promises to have the contract cancelled & the amount credited. I made over 10/12 calls to the shop. Her unprofessional handling of this whole saga leaves me not only reporting to Hello Peter but other forums. The crux of the matter not only did NASHUA port my number to their network BUT now i am left with NO NETWORK in all my business calls going into a voice mail. Only today did I get a credit of R817 and the NETWORK would now be connected in FEB. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE a LAW suit to follow.
