Failed BIS activation

What would have resulted in a complaint, turned out to be a compliment. My BIS expired after 12am this morning, I immediately recharged and resubscribed to the service. Woke up this morning and it was still inactive. Was referred to your data department by your 111 line and spoke to a guy by the name of Ayanda. I was in a really foul mood, especially after he told me that after a query was logged, feedback would be given within 24-48hrs.

The kind and mild tone and manner in which he addressed me could have warmed the coldest of hearts! Was an absolute pleasure having my expectations superseded by a Vodacom customer service agent! Even though he logged a query, the matter was resolved by the time I ended the call. Please pass this on to his manager so that he/she knows what an asset he is to your company! Thank you Ayanda, for a job really well done!
